Our Mission
BCA is a woman-owned corporation providing strategic planning/procurement, project management, quality assurance/IV&V services, policy analysis, business process reengineering and other professional consulting services nationally to the public and private sectors.
Our success is based on a set of methods and principles that begin with the assumption that each client represents a unique culture, administrative structure, processes and procedures with a unique set of information needs and standards. Our ability to understand and respond to these individualized environments ensures our clients of a maximum Return-On-Investment as they migrate from one generation of technology to the next.
Our services have been solicited by Federal Agencies such as the Health Care Finance Agency (HCFA), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Department of Defense (DoD). In addition, BCA and staff have successfully assisted other clients that include more than 50 US State and tribal Governments, Puerto Rico, and the American Red Cross.
